  1. When can I expect to receive my merchandise?
    We expect to ship out merchandise as soon as we receive the order, and depending on your geographic location, will arrive anywhere within 3 days to 4 weeks.

     
  2. Who are you guys?
    On Tilt Casino Gear, LLC came about after one of us was explaining to the other about a horrendous beating he took due to the blasphemous river card. "I need a shirt that says RIVERED."

    And with that, the company was born in mid-2004. We're just a couple of guys who work full time jobs to feed our poker habit... and now this.

     
  3. What is your shipping method?
    We use USPS Priority Mail for shirts, chips, and small gaming supplies, and FedEx Ground for chip cases and chip sets.

     
  4. What is your return policy?
    There are no returns or exchanges unless either the wrong item has been shipped, or the item is damaged. Items up for exchange or return cannot be worn or used and On Tilt Casino Gear must be notified within 15 days of product arrival.

     
  5. Is your line available for resale in my store or online shop?
    Yes. Drop us an email at retail@ontiltcasinogear.com and we will forward you a rate sheet and reseller application.

     
  6. I have an original idea for a shirt. Can i submit it to you guys and get paid for it?
    Yes. Click here for details on art submission.

     
  7. What kind of t-shirts do you use?
    We use preshrunk cotton AAA brand men's t-shirts and Gaiziani women's tees.

     
  8. How often are new designs/merchandise uploaded?
    Keep apprised of new merchandise by subscribing to our mailing list. Send a blank email to mailinglist-subscribe@ontiltcasinogear.com and you will be subscribed. You will also be the first to know about exclusive mailing list-only offers and discounts.

     
  9. Are the shirts' colors exactly as they appear on the website?
    Unfortunately, the colors will be a bit different. We have tried to match the colors as exact as possible.

     
  10. I want something shipped international...can you do that?
    Yes, but we might change shipping providers, but we won’t change what it costs...fedex ground doesn't really deliver everywhere, ya know? We don’t discriminate on where we take orders from, but it is your responsibility to know your local laws. In short: don’t order something that you know is going to get destroyed in customs. I wouldn’t order weed from Amsterdam and expect it to get here.

     
  11. I don't have a credit card, or I don't trust online ordering. Can I send you a check or money order?
    We have taken every precaution possible here to keep your credit card info safe and your transaction secure. We do not have your credit card info stored in a database. If you have a PayPal account, we also accept PayPal payments as well. If you still want to pay via check or money order, go through our site and place an order as if you were shopping online and checkout. That will generate the proper shipping amount that you will need to tack on to your order.

    Email us and let us know you want to mail a check and we will give a mailing address. Or give us a call at (619) 518-8000. Obviously we will have to wait before your check or money order clears. And please only U.S. bank checks and/or U.S. money orders accepted. Your local United States Post Office draws money orders for the low price of $0.99.

     

  12. Why was my credit card declined?
    The most common reason credit cards are declined, is that customers have recently moved and either they have not updated their new address with the credit card company or the credit card company's records have not caught up yet. Try again with your former address. Another reason your card is declined is because you may be using a stolen credit card. Don't do that. We report all cases of attempted fraud/theft to the proper authorities immediately, and we enjoy locking up scumbags.

     
  13. So my credit card was declined, why are there charges from On Tilt Casino Gear on my statement?
    Even if your card was declined, your credit card company will show a charge on your card almost immediately. This charge will disappear between 1 and 10 days, depending on how "on it" your credit card company is. Unless you receive an email response from On Tilt Casino Gear saying your transaction is approved, no amount will permanantly be posted to your account.

     
  14. What is your return policy/warranty info for your Gatorz sunglasses?
    We are an authorized retailer for Gatorz sunglasses, so you have a valid warranty as specified below. In order for your warrantly to be valid you need to have your original receipt.

    LIMITED WARRANTY:
    Gatorz Aluminum Eyewear will be warranted to the original purchaser for one full year from the date of purchase against any defect in materials or workmanship. Gatorz will repair or replace, at our option, any pair of Gatorz Aluminum Eyewear found to be defective. Gatorz limited warranty program does not apply to damage caused by improper use, normal wear, including lens scratching or accidental breakage. PRODUCT MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A PROOF OF PURCHASE. All repairs will generally be completed within 3-5 working days and then returned via UPS Ground. International shipping rates will apply.

    LIFETIME REBUILD AGREEMENT (If purchased):
    This agreement applies to any Gatorz Aluminum Eyewear owner for the lifetime of your sunglasses. Gatorz will rebuild and precision tune each and every part of your sunglasses to the quality and standards that originally went into your Gatorz Aluminum Eyewear. If for any reason we cannot repair your sunglasses, we will replace them with a brand new pair at the rebuild cost. All repairs will generally be completed within 3-5 working days and then returned via UPS Ground. International shipping rates will apply.

    REBUILD COSTS:
    Diamond Series: WRAPTOR, RADIATOR, VECTOR, VELOCITY, DEMORA, BATRAY, BILLET, SHADOW & ICE ONLY
    Lens Replacement - $30.00 – Lens replacement only
    Standard rebuild - $49.00 - Same Color Frame & Lens
    Upgraded rebuild - $59.00 - one color change on lens color only
    Change frame style or color - $49.00 Credit towards a new frame at the suggested retail price.

    Warranty shipping & handling within the Continental U.S.A. – $8.00 for UPS Ground shipping. Alaska, Hawaii & International rates WILL APPLY.

    HOW TO SEND IN A WARRANTY CLAIM

    • Call Gatorz Aluminum eyewear if you have any questions or concerns regarding the Gatorz warranty policies and/or procedures.
    • Pack your eyewear in a cardboard box and use a shipping service that provides both insurance and tracking capabilities to ensure a safe delivery.
    • Gatorz Aluminum Eyewear nor On tilt Casino Gear will not be held responsible for packages lost in transit.
    • Please include the following information in your package:

    • Your name, the return address, telephone number, & proof of purchase.
    • A brief description of the problem or services you are requesting.
    • Your credit card number with expiration date or a Money Order for exact amount of service desired including shipping & handling charges. (ex. Lens replacement - $38.00) If a signature required delivery is necessary add $2.00 to the total cost.
