Sorry for the interruptions lately

We have been receiving emails over the past month telling us that our site is down. So we switched providers. Hopefully now service will be more reliable, and our new provider won't be telling us things such as:

"we have no backups"

"you should be doing your own database backups"

"The cause of the outage was a connectivity issue with our Time Warner connection. Our second internet line did not pick up the load due to the router being offline for maintenance."

"The sites were down for about 6 to 7 hours."

We counted at least 12 outages/interruptions since MAY 2006. Not good for business, so here we are.

Poker Genie Ship Date Update

Ok I know you are tired of hearing this, but trust me it's for the better... here is the official statement by Gameline, Inc who produes the Poker Genie.

Thanks for participating in our Poker Genie pre-order program. This program

allows you to both ensure one of our new Poker Genies will be available for you

in our first shipment as well as ensures your Poker Genie will be shipped

immediately after we receive them.



We're sending you this email to update you on our shipping status. We have now

confirmed with our manufacturer that we will be receiving Poker Genies the week of

July 24th. We expect to be shipping out to you that same week, just as soon as we

get them.



Our shipping date changed from our original estimated date of July 10th.

Prior to production and after reviewing our first fully functional sample units

in late June, we found there were some small refinements we wanted to make

to ensure the Pro Edition surpassed the high standards we have set with our

previous releases. 



This pushed our production date back a couple weeks. All of our sample units

are now fully approved and we are just waiting for the manufacturer to complete

production and ship them to us.

Poker Genie Status

So, yes, we know some of you have waited on receiving your Poker Genie since December, and a lot of you have inquired when it will become available.

The manufacturers of the Poker Genie have been redesigning the unit and assure us that the Genie will again be available within the next two months. Yes we know that's what we've been saying for the past 6 months, so hopefully this time around, it's the truth.
